Engaged by Clinique, an Estée Lauder Company, as an independent consultant to work with internal teams on creative strategy and design refresh of their core products. This includes the ELC corporate UX team & brand technology team, and Clinique ecommerce, brand, and marketing teams.
A skin solutions first experience
Engaged by Clinique’s ecommerce team on the system audit, recommendation, conceptual and template design of its high traffic pages.
Working closely with Clinique’s digital leadership & ELC’s UX team, translated corporate UX components and updated branding into a Clinique branded experience for desktop & mobile PDP.
Creating an AR skin analysis interface to accommodates different inputs and devices
Engaged by Estée Lauder’s Brand Technology team on the design refresh of Clinique’s augmented reality product Clinique Clinical Reality.
The assignment was to integrate new in-store scanning devices into user flows & ecosystem and rethink result page designs to reflect the company’s skin solution first branding.
In collaboration with Clinique brand & ecommerce team, created new user flows, concepts, and designed new templates for in-store iPad, customer mobile web, and supporting Clinique Clinical Reality web pages, modules, and email.
In 2025, was engaged to integrate foundation flow into the experience.
Analyze and streamline brand icon usage
Engaged by Clinique’s Global 360 Creative to audit existing icon usage and create a strategy for cohesive icon & badge usage to create rules around their application across Clinique’s website experience. Deliverables include stress testing icon recommendations on key pages, modules, and recommended rules for icon application.
